Our power systems quietly capture the desert’s most abundant resource and convert it into the comfort you enjoy throughout your stay. Just incase the sun don't shine, we have 200 kw diesel generator and a 2000-gallon diesel tank as back up.
There is something grounding about knowing the light above you is also fueling your experience. From climate control to evening ambiance, the sun does the heavy lifting long before it sinks behind the mountains.
Deep Water Acquifer
Beneath the desert floor lies one of nature’s greatest treasures—water drawn from a deep underground aquifer. Our private well system provides a reliable, carefully managed source that supports both the property and the surrounding landscape.
In a region defined by scarcity, stewardship matters. We monitor usage responsibly and design with conservation in mind, ensuring that every drop is respected as much as it is enjoyed.
